Strategic Directions:
- Build a healthy, non-profit, community-based organization.
- Create a viable Volunteer Program for all Farm activities.
- Maintain an ongoing Board Recruitment Program that represents multi-board functions and Farm activities.
- Conduct Strategic Planning and review Goals Annually.
- Maintain a financially solvent organization.
- Cultivate relationships to create a strong public/ private model of support for the Greenbank Farm to ensure its open space, its rural character and the community's involvement.
- Continue to foster a strong co-operative relationship with the Port of Coupeville.
- Collaborate with the Port of Coupeville on the development of a Master Site Plan that includes a Conservation Easement for the Farm.
- Explore possible joint projects with the Port of Coupeville.
- Expand identification of groups and organizations as potential strategic partners and establish relationships.
- Provide adequate facilities and infrastructure for full use:
- Support the use of the land for organic, agricultural purposes.
- Create opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
- Provide a venue for producing and marketing regional products and services.
- Utilize existing facilities and infrastructure to best use.
